The Ideal R&R Specialist
Is really an educator at heart. Organized, professional, with great communication skills, they enjoy teaching our guests about our area and what we do.
The Work
Responsible for all day to day tasks in and around the shop, from being helpful to our guests by phone and email, taking reservations, talking up the gear in retail sales, doing inventory, scheduling guides, searching out new clients, and assisting logistics staff with everything from cleaning vehicles to lodging. The perfect R&R Specialist is someone who is patient, friendly, and likes a diverse & self-motivated work environment. Wall-flowers and smartphone addicts need not apply!

Compensation & Benefits
We have a five-tiered system, with experience, ability, commitment, and knowledge of our business bringing commensurate increases in compensation. You start off in a training or probationary period that normally lasts 4-7 days, afterwards being promoted to assistant, and then possibly lead by the end of your first season. We provide a bonus of up to $1000 for completing your contracted dates, which provides a rate of pay between $16 & $19/hr your first season depending upon full or part time, and quality of work. Seniority increases are provided automatically every 55 days of work. Top pay at this time is approximately $22/hr for those with experience and full seniority.

Position dates
The week before Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day with part-time work potential during shoulder seasons. Some flexibility in work start and end dates is possible.
